All you’ll need is one standard outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet and a water hose long enough to reach the setup location — we take care of the rest. How to Prepare for Your Rental Date To ensure a smooth and safe setup, please locate a standard outdoor electrical outlet within 100 feet of the setup area and identify the nearest water source. Check that your water hose is in good condition and not leaking or damaged from winter frost. Before our delivery team arrives, stretch the hose out and run it all the way to the setup location. Adult supervision is required at all times during play. One of our team members will walk you through proper operation and review all safety rules upon setup. For everyone’s safety, always separate riders by age and size. Adults and children should not play together. For example, a child should never be in the splash pool when an adult is sliding down, as the sliding force of the adult can be unsafe to the child. In case of windy or rainy weather, all riders must exit the inflatable and the unit should be turned off. Please also mark any underground utility lines (water, electric, gas, etc.) before our team arrives. For secure installation, we use 36-inch metal stakes to anchor all inflatable rentals.
